# How to recover your forgotten BKV Energy customer portal password

## Learn how to reset your forgotten customer portal password

If you cannot login to your account because you've forgotten your current password, please follow these steps.

1\. Visit the customer portal login page: [https://bkvenergy.com/account/login](https://bkvenergy.com/account/login)

2\. Click Forgot Password? above the password field

3\. Enter your 8-digit BKV Energy account number

4\. Enter the email address associated with your BKV Energy customer portal account

5\. Click the GET PASSWORD button

6\. Follow the instructions in the email sent to your inbox
