How to reset your password

If you know your current password and would like to change it, follow these steps. If you have forgotten your current password and need to reset it, follow the steps in the second half of the article.

Reset your password

1. Login to your account: https://bkvenergy.com/account/login

2. From the dashboard page, click the circle with your initials at the top right to open the dropdown menu

3. From the dropdown menu, click Account Settings

4. On the Account Settings page, scroll down until you see the section titled Login Information

5. Select the green pencil icon at the top right of the Login Information section

6. Type in your current password

7. Create a new password

8. Click Save

9. That's it - your password has been reset!

Recover forgotten password

If you cannot login to your account because you've forgotten your current password, please follow these steps.

1. Visit the customer portal login page: https://bkvenergy.com/account/login

2. Click Forgot Password? above the password field

3. Enter your 8-digit BKV Energy account number

4. Enter the email address associated with your BKV Energy customer portal account

5. Click the GET PASSWORD button

6. Follow the instructions in the email sent to your inbox
